These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of photography services with Tutu Creative Studio. By using this website or booking services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

BOOKIING & RETAINER

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Dates are not held without both items completed. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

EVENT COVERAGE

Coverage time begins and ends according to the hours stated in your agreement. Additional coverage may be requested on the day of the event, subject to availability, and will be billed at the hourly rate outlined in your agreement.

IMAGE DELIVERY

Final edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery within the timeframe stated in your agreement (typically 14–21 days). Raw (unedited) files are not provided.

ARTISTIC STYLE

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with Tutu Creative Studio’s style and agree that images will be edited according to the photographer’s artistic discretion. Specific requests will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT

All images remain the intellectual property of Tutu Creative Studio. Clients receive a personal-use license allowing images to be downloaded, shared, and printed for personal purposes. Commercial use, resale, or editing of images without written permission is not permitted.

MODEL RELEASE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tutu Creative Studio may use images from your event for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. If you prefer that images not be used publicly, please notify prior to your event.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for obtaining permission from the venue and ensuring that photography is allowed. Tutu Creative Studio is not responsible for missed coverage due to restrictions imposed by venues, coordinators, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

TRAVEL

Events within Calgary are covered at no additional travel cost. Travel outside Calgary may incur additional fees depending on distance.

CANCELLATIION & RESCHEDULING

Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the return of payments received.

WEBSITE USE

All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Tutu Creative Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

CHANGES OF TERMS

Tutu Creative Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
